This policy explains what VIRELUX collects when you use vireluxlab.com, why, and what you can do about it. It is written to be read, not to be survived.

What we collect

Waitlist and forms. If you join the waitlist or contact us, we store the name, email address, Instagram handle and referral code you submit. These are held in our own WordPress database. Technical data. Our forms record the IP address, browser, device and approximate location of a submission, to detect spam and duplicate entries. We do not process payments. Purchases complete on our Bumpa store. Card and payment details are handled by Bumpa and its payment providers, never by this website. Their privacy terms apply to that part of your purchase.

Why we hold it

To tell you when VIRELUX ONE is available, to run the referral leaderboard, to answer your questions, and to stop the same person entering twice. We do not sell your data.

Who else sees it

Our hosting provider stores the database. We use Google Fonts, which may log your IP when fonts load. Email is delivered through our mail provider. {{ANALYTICS}} — confirm whether analytics or advertising pixels are installed, and name them here. If you run Meta ads to this site, the Meta pixel must be disclosed.

Your choices

Ask us to show you what we hold, correct it, or delete it, and we will. Every marketing email carries an unsubscribe link. Contact: {{EMAIL}}.

How long we keep it

Waitlist entries are kept until the launch campaign ends or you ask us to remove them, whichever comes first.
